Nanocrystalline materials have a combination advantages of silicon steel, permalloy and ferrite, the working frequency of high frequency inverter power supply is 20 kHz ~ 50 kHz, as the heart of main power supply transformer, although the traditional ferrite core material loss at high frequency is low, but the permeability of below 100 kHz frequency is relatively low, and its saturation magnetic flux density value (Bs) is also low, the volume and weight of the iron core is still large. Nanocrystalline core not only used in inverter welding machine power source, but also widely used in electrolytic plating equipment, induction heating equipment, charging equipment, communication power supply, UPS power supply, X-ray source, laser power supply, frequency conversion power supply, etc.

納(na)米晶(jing)(jing)居里溫度(du)570℃,傳統鐵(tie)氧體的(de)居里溫度(du)僅200℃,在-40℃~+140℃溫度(du)范圍內(nei),納(na)米晶(jing)(jing)鐵(tie)芯(xin)主(zhu)要磁(ci)特性變(bian)化率小于(yu)10%,而傳統的(de)鐵(tie)氧體卻(que)高達50%以上,用納(na)米晶(jing)(jing)鐵(tie)芯(xin)制造的(de)濾波器件,可(ke)以更(geng)好地應用于(yu)高溫環(huan)境,更(geng)適應環(huan)境變(bian)化。

The curie temperature of nanocrystalline material is 570℃ and that of ferrite is only 200℃. The main performance of nanocrystalline cores change less than 10% at the range from -40℃ to +140℃. But the changing rate of ferrite is more than 50%. Filters made of nanocrystalline cores can be better applied to high-temperature environment and adapt to environment change.
