納米晶居里溫(wen)(wen)度570℃,傳統鐵(tie)氧(yang)體(ti)的(de)居里溫(wen)(wen)度僅200℃,在-40℃~+140℃溫(wen)(wen)度范圍內,納米晶鐵(tie)芯主要磁特(te)性變化(hua)率小于10%,而傳統的(de)鐵(tie)氧(yang)體(ti)卻高(gao)達50%以(yi)上,用納米晶鐵(tie)芯制造的(de)濾(lv)波器件(jian),可以(yi)更好地應(ying)用于高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)環境,更適應(ying)環境變化(hua)。

The curie temperature of nanocrystalline material is 570℃ and that of ferrite is only 200℃. The main performance of nanocrystalline cores change less than 10% at the range from -40℃ to +140℃. But the changing rate of ferrite is more than 50%. Filters made of nanocrystalline cores can be better applied to high-temperature environment and adapt to environment change.
