納(na)米(mi)(mi)晶居里溫度570℃,傳統鐵氧體的(de)居里溫度僅200℃,在-40℃~+140℃溫度范(fan)圍內,納(na)米(mi)(mi)晶鐵芯(xin)主要磁特性變化(hua)率小(xiao)于10%,而傳統的(de)鐵氧體卻高(gao)達50%以(yi)(yi)上(shang),用納(na)米(mi)(mi)晶鐵芯(xin)制造的(de)濾波(bo)器件,可以(yi)(yi)更好(hao)地應(ying)用于高(gao)溫環(huan)境,更適應(ying)環(huan)境變化(hua)。

The curie temperature of nanocrystalline material is 570℃ and that of ferrite is only 200℃. The main performance of nanocrystalline cores change less than 10% at the range from -40℃ to +140℃. But the changing rate of ferrite is more than 50%. Filters made of nanocrystalline cores can be better applied to high-temperature environment and adapt to environment change.
